Through this website certain personal data are collected during the registration procedure and the filling out of our online forms. When requesting an offer, your contact details, including your name, the name of your company, address, telephone number and e-mail address and some data regarding the car fleet, are collected. When registering a new customer, some additional personal data are, at your discretion, also collected, including the names of the card holders and/or the registration numbers of the concerned vehicles. In addition, you are also asked for a copy of the front of your ID card. This copy is absolutely necessary for the purposes of combating fraud, and we expressly recognize to only process those data that are required in order to achieve this purpose. By providing us with a copy of the front of your ID card, you expressly agree to these data being processed by us for the purposes of combating fraud. Furthermore, when you visit this website we record your IP address, your browser and type of operating system, the domain name of the external website that referred you to this website, the number of visits, the average time spent there and the web pages you have viewed.
