To securely log in to the upgraded portal, you must set a new password once. Please follow the steps below:
Click on “Forgot your password”. A new page will open.
Enter your username here (equal to your customer number, found on your invoices (8 digits beginning after "94" (ex: 94XXXXXXXX )) and click on “Proceed”.
You will now receive an e-mail containing a code. Copy this code and paste it in the “code” field on the web page. You have 10 minutes to do this before the code expires.
Choose a new password.
Click on “Confirm”. This your new password to access the updated customer portal.
In the future, you can enter this password directly on the login page from step 1.
If you try too many times, an error message will appear. Please then wait 5 minutes before trying again.
If you do not receive an email with authentication code, please check your SPAM folder first. If you did not receive anything, please contact customer service:
